Use of this site — including submission of an inquiry form, sending a text or email, or scheduling a consultation — does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship is established only after a completed intake and evaluation with one of our licensed clinicians, and only when both parties have agreed in writing to proceed with care.

Telehealth services are available only to patients physically located in states where our providers are licensed at the time of the visit — currently Florida and New York. By participating in a telehealth visit, you acknowledge the limitations of remote care, including the possibility of technology disruption and the need to seek in-person evaluation when clinically appropriate.

Appointment fees, cancellation windows, and no-show policies are provided at the time of booking and in the financial agreement signed at intake. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee that is not reimbursable by insurance.

All content, branding, copy, graphics, and original photography on this site are the property of Accelerated Psychiatric Solutions or used under license. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any material without prior written consent.

Our website may link to third-party tools (for example, our patient portal, insurance directories, or scheduling platforms). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third parties. Review their terms before using them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
