I am a dually certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I completed my Master's in Nursing at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA, and my post-graduate psychiatric mental health certification at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
I have been a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 18 years, well versed in assessing, diagnosing, and prescribing medications for anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar, insomnia and ADHD.
Madeline Japp is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and then her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University.
She brings over 9 years of clinical experience primarily serving the oncology and psychiatric population. She is passionate about reducing the mental health stigma through teaching and education as well as ensuring mental health care is accessible to everyone.
In her free time, Madeline enjoys kayaking and exploring the different spring systems in Central Florida with her husband and playing with her 10-year-old English Bulldog rescue, Rosie.
My journey in nursing began over 25 years ago with a deep desire to make a difference in people's lives. Over the years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with patients from all levels of society, guiding them through some of their most challenging and rewarding moments.
For the past decade, I have served as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and I obtained my master's degree from the University of Cincinnati. Recently, I embarked on a new chapter in my career by becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), with my post-master's certificate from Wilkes University.
My passion for mental health care stems from a genuine desire to provide support and healing to those struggling with mental health challenges. I am deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and cared for.
I'm a Florida-licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing telehealth services for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
With experience in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, I offer compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person's unique needs. My approach combines medication management with supportive, patient-centered care.
I aim to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their mental health journey.
Kelsey Castroverde, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals better understand their minds and reclaim a sense of control over their mental health. She earned her psychiatric nurse practitioner degree from Vanderbilt University and graduated Valedictorian from Florida State University's College of Nursing.
Kelsey has a particular passion for working with individuals experiencing chronic pain, informed by her own lived experience with debilitating pain and recovery. She understands the emotional burden that often accompanies chronic pain — including anxiety, depression, and fear — and integrates this understanding into every aspect of her care.
Her approach is grounded in science and collaboration. Kelsey enjoys teaching patients how the brain and nervous system work so symptoms feel less mysterious and more manageable.
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in nursing, primarily in the field of oncology. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of caring for patients during some of the most vulnerable times in their lives.
This work has deeply shaped my practice, instilling in me a strong sense of empathy, compassion, and respect for each individual's unique journey. I've always been passionate about mental health and believe it's time we break the stigma surrounding it and create safe, supportive spaces for healing and growth.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, patient-centered care that supports both emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
