Accessibility
Statement

Last updated: May 2026

Accelerated Psychiatric Solutions is committed to making our website usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities, in alignment with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

01

Our Commitment

Accessibility is a core part of how we practice medicine. We work to ensure that our digital presence — like our physical office — welcomes everyone, including people who use assistive technology or experience cognitive, motor, visual, or auditory differences.

02

Standards We Follow

This site is designed and maintained to meet:

  • Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA
03

Accessibility Features

  • On-page accessibility menu — adjust text size, contrast, font readability, link emphasis, and motion
  • Keyboard-friendly navigation with visible focus states throughout
  • Descriptive alt text on all meaningful imagery
  • Semantic HTML structure and ARIA labels to support screen readers
  • Color contrast meeting or exceeding WCAG AA across text and UI
  • Responsive layout for desktop, tablet, mobile, and assistive devices
  • Captioning and accommodations available for telehealth visits on request
04

Ongoing Review

We audit this site regularly using automated tools and manual review with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. As technology and standards evolve, we update our pages, components, and practices accordingly.

05

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some third-party tools — for example, embedded scheduling widgets or insurance portals — may not yet meet our internal accessibility standards. If you encounter a barrier with any third-party tool, please let us know and we will help you complete the task another way.

06

In-Office & Telehealth Accessibility

Our Orlando office is wheelchair-accessible. For telehealth, we can accommodate large-text intake materials, captioning, additional appointment time, and the presence of a caregiver or interpreter on the call. Please request accommodations when scheduling so we can prepare in advance.
